Sport Austria, the national sports organization, was exploring how esports could fit into their broader sports development strategies.

Austria’s national sports organization was relatively new to esports and needed a fresh perspective on how esports could complement traditional sports.

The Solution I Brought:

As a guest speaker at their esports summit, I presented Denmark’s approach to integrating esports into traditional sports structures and explained how esports can be a valuable tool for youth engagement, community building, and revenue generation.

The Result:

Sport Austria gained a clearer understanding of how esports could align with their national sports development goals, helping them explore new ways to engage younger audiences and expand their membership base.
